My name is Nathanael Card (Google link). I am an artistic, responsible and respectful working adult (and I look for similar in my roommates). I have close friends of all ages, genders, and life paths. I'd enjoy having a conversational roommate, but I also carry on very well on my own. At home I enjoy cooking, reading, or working on something crafty or artistic. I, like many artists, enjoy social gatherings, though I don't partake very often. On the occasions I do imbibe modestly, I prefer craft beer, whiskey/rocks, or wine.
The canine I roll with is named Sancho Panza, and we're a package deal. He's a lazy-but-friendly, 3 year-old boston terrier/aussie shepherd mix. He likes to lounge in a quiet corner, or by my feet. He also enjoys attention from others, as any well-raised dog should. I take good care of him. Ideally you too have a friendly dog - Sancho enjoys the company of other canines.
I am seeking a room with one to four other roommates in an apartment or house with close proximity to CTA public transportation. I currently split rent in a Logan Square 3-flat one block from the Logan blue line. My budget for this move - after utilities - is $500. (I'd like to have funds available for my personal projects). Looking for an April or May move-in date.
